Momonosuke is the son of Kinemon, the guest character from the latest One Piece arc whose only appearance so far has been by name. At the end of the most recent chapter, it was revealed that Momonosuke went into a secret room and was turned into a dragon. Whether this means that something in the room turned him into a dragon or he turned himself into one is unknown as of right now.
This picture is based on what I think he might look like in his dragon form. That is, if he ends up not being the dragon that Kinemon and Brook beat up.
