The first day back for Drake, Jake, Crystal, and Sean was met with excited chatter and applause from their classmates. Their fellow fifth graders swarmed around them as they attempted to step into the classroom, the four friends finding it difficult to squeeze past the excited ten- and eleven-year-olds who had circled around them, lobbing a barrage of questions at them that came so quickly that neither Drake, Jake, Crystal, or Sean were able to keep up or could even manage to answer even a single question. Remembering Akira Toriyama

On March 1st, 2024, legendary mangaka Akira Toriyama passed away due to acute subdural hematoma. He was just sixty-eight years old. His most famous creation, Dragon Ball, has had a profound effect on the anime and manga industry as a whole. Without it, we wouldn't have had series such as Yu Yu Hakusho, Naruto, One Piece, or many others. On top of how inspirational as a series Dragon Ball has been, it's shaped the childhoods of many kids all over the world, me being one such kid. Toriyama is one of the few famous deaths that has actually brought me to tears, the only others being Satoshi Kon and Satoru Iwata. Losing Toriyama, for me, was such a sudden and devastating revelation and if I had never gotten into Dragon Ball Z when I was a kid, I don't know if I ever would have become an artist or writer. Though the groups that wandered through the neighborhood were comprised of, at most, four to five people, primarily parents with their children and their children’s friends, Titus’s group was made up of ten people including himself, his friends Sarah and Lucas, his adoptive human brother Ben, sister-in-law Jessie, his niece Jackie, his nephew Kyle, and his dragon siblings, his younger brother, Dontrot, his youngest brother, Entol, and his younger sister, Alkhia. Groups of kids roamed through the neighborhood, accompanied by their families and friends. Each of these kids wore a costume of their favorite video game character, favorite character from a show, cartoon, or movie they liked, or a costume of a particular kind of animal they were fond of, such as dogs or dinosaurs. Among these kids was an, at the time, six-year-old Drake, his lifelong friend, Sean, their new friend they had just met in their first day of Kindergarten, Crystal, and two of Drake’s dragon cousins who were in the forms of normal human kids: five-year-old Yuitza who was the second oldest after Drake, and three-year-old Seike. Yuitza was the son of Dontrot, the second oldest of Minasha and Cerquil’s children after Titus himself. In his human form, Yuitza bore the appearance of a small boy with messy light brown hair and freckles covering his face. His costume was an astronaut. In what seemed like a blink of an eye for both the Tatsfeurers and Varns, seven days had come and gone. Both parties had trained as much as they could, pushing themselves beyond their limits and using any free time they had to become stronger. On Monday, three days after Jascken’s half-dragon traits revealed themselves, a representative from the guild paid a visit to the Tatsfeurer household to inform them that Varns had selected a location for their showdown: a secluded wooded area east of Amatheas on top of a hill that overlooked a fork in the road: two ways leading out of town and one leading into. Where the paths met, there were three signs. One that read, “Cross Rd.” and the other two which pointed towards Amatheas. The top sign read, “Alpine St.” and below it was a sign that said, “This way to town”. Behind these signs there was a pathway that led into the woods and further in was a clearing. I've been working on quite a few projects since last month so this might end as a month where I don't upload anything again, but with all the cooking I'm doing, hopefully all the stuff I'm working on will have been worth the wait. I just ask that you guys wait as I try to finish up some of these projects.

Final Dragon's World is Coming to an End

No, you didn't read that wrong: Final Dragon's World is indeed going to be concluding. Now, those of you reading this are probably thinking, "Wait, Animeboye, don't you still have a lot to cover in this book? Isn't there a war looming, and haven't Titus and the gang's friends and family as well as all the other humans who had been captured by Saulstrance and his group not been freed yet? And what about Alan? Who is he? How can he be Jericho when Jericho has also been captured by the Apprentices along with his family?" And to that I say, yes, that is indeed correct. So, in that regard, I think it's more accurate to say that Final Dragon's World itself isn't ending, but the first part of it is. Make no mistake: the story is about halfway done, but with there being so much more to cover, plus with all the ideas I have that I want to incorporate into this upcoming war, I feel that compiling all of this into one book would end up bloating the story, and with how big the chapters of past

Three and Three Makes Thirty Three

And that's how old I am now. Can time just ever stop for a moment? I mean, I don't feel like I'm getting older, per se, and yet whenever my birthday comes up, part of me does feel it to an extent. When I think back to how long it's been since I joined DA, it astounds me that I'm still here. Not in a bad way, mind you, just that I've never really been a part of any website for as long as I've been on DA. A lot of people I knew back when I was just starting out have come and gone, many of whom I considered good friends and there are times where I'll be browsing through either my faves or my watchers list, stumble upon the name of someone I haven't talked to since high school, and wonder where they are right now, how they're doing, and if they're still writing and/or drawing. During my on DA, this site has definitely had its share of ups and downs, mostly downs if I'm being honest, but one thing I will always be grateful to this site for is allowing me to not only share my stories and

Basically my vision of the portals is similar to this except with the rim of the portals being black instead of purple and without the light in the center. Inside the portals it's a mix of purples and blacks like is shown in the picture I provided. The size and width is about the same as the portal in the picture with the portals in Dragon's World being maybe a bit wider (So that the dragons can properly fit through).

Huh. I guess I did end up explaining it better than I thought in the end. But yeah, that's how I've always seen the portals in Dragon's World appearing. I hope this helps, man.
